It will also cover how to deal with the FSA's 'Treating Customers Fairly' initiative. This 3 hour seminar will cover all aspects of a financial institution's activities, including: Compliance Management responsibilities Client take-on Suitability and Appropropriateness Trading Trading Venues and Best Execution Trade and Transaction Reporting Research Information to Clients Record Keeping Outsourcing Cross-Border Trading Instruments covered include Equities, Fixed Interest, CFDs and other Derivatives. This seminar is designed for employees and managers of brokers, fund managers, institutions, banks, corporate finance houses, and larger IFA's who require a comprehensive view of how the regulations operate in practice. This seminar is also suitable for suppliers who need to know how the regulations are affecting their clients and potential clients. CPD Delegates will qualify for 3 CPD hours and certificates will be provided to all attendees.
