Just prior to lunch, Stephen Pinner announced an unscheduled award was to be presented. The award was for "Long Service".

Stephen paid tribute to the work of John Jenkins, and congratulated him for his OBE recently received in the New Years Honours List.

Sir Michael Savory presented the Securities Industry Long Service Award to him.
